Shipping & Returns


UK shipping

For all orders under £15, standard shipping (approximately 4-7 working days) is available for £2.50. Orders over £15 are eligible for free standard shipping.

If you need your order delivered quickly, tracked shipping (approximately 2 working days) is available for £4.99. Orders over £50 are eligible for free tracked shipping. Please note that standard shipping does not include tracking until Royal Mail are preparing to deliver to your address. If you have been waiting for longer than seven working days for your order to arrive, please contact us at and we will look into it for you.


International shipping

We are currently shipping internationally, excluding to within the EU (but only temporarily!) All international orders are shipped with a standard rate of £10, and can take up to ten working days to arrive.


Order dispatch

All orders should be dispatched within two working days of being placed with us, Monday to Friday all year round, excluding bank holidays. 


Late orders

Please get in touch with us directly at if you believe your order has exceeded the expected delivery time. Please allow up to seven working days for UK orders, and fourteen working days for international orders, from dispatch. If your order was placed on a tracked service and you’ve been waiting longer than three working days, please get in touch with us.


Tracking number issues

If you are having any issues with your tracking link, or your tracking information says delivered despite you not receiving anything, please contact us at with your order information so that we can look at it for you.


Split orders

We are unable to split orders to be delivered to multiple addresses. Please place one order per delivery address.

We can only offer returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, non-defective items. Please email us at stating the reason for your return and your order number and our Customer Care Team will be able to assist.

If your product is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us at and we'd be happy to help. 


Change of mind returns on used items

We are unable to provide a refund on used goods that are in no way defective. If you wish to make a return, please keep each product in its undamaged packaging (unless it is defective). It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of any goods whilst they are in your possession. Due to the nature of the goods sold, we are able to tell if a product has been used.


Orders made via a retailer or Amazon

If you made your purchase through a retailer, please contact them first to arrange your return or refund. If your item was purchased on Amazon, please contact us via Amazon’s messaging service to arrange your return and/or refund. We are unable to process returns and refunds for products purchased on Amazon unless our correspondence takes place on the Amazon interface.
